Warranties:
Standard Warranty: All
our hairpieces are warranted to be free from defects in material
and
workmanship at the time of delivery. Any defective piece needs to
be returned immediately before it is combed or cut in any way. Free
repair or replacement will be done as soon as possible.
Free Color Exchange
Program for stock pieces:
Stock pieces that
were sold from our inventory
can be returned uncombed, and uncut, for an exchange of color
.
The only cost will be the normal shipping and handling cost for the
replacement
piece.
Low cost exchange
program :
We will exchange any
piece, for any reason,
within the first month, one time, for $69 even
if
it is cut or ruined. If you have bad luck with it, we want
to help you. If you stood too close to the barbecue grill and fried
it, we'll exchange it for $69. Even if you just
don't like what you ordered, we'll exchange it. This is
especially
helpful for our customers who cut and style their own hairpieces.
Stock to Custom
exchange :
If you purchase a stock
piece, and decide that you want
to return it, and exchange it for a custom made piece, you can do that,
for a $69 processing cost.
